This program is designed to provide knowledge and skills for people working or interested in entering applied health fields such as behaviour therapy and social work. It's been developed through a partnership between 糖心vlog官网 Polytechnic and Autism Ontario.
It will equip you with a good foundation for work as a behaviour technician. This training program is designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification. This training is offered independent of the BACB. For more information on additional certification requirements, please refer to the official handbook available on the BACB website.
You will learn how to identify patterns in observable behaviours, develop strategies for effective behaviour change, and cultivate compassion to create a supportive environment. In addition, you'll be taught collaboration skills, the principles of changing behaviour, and about technology and tools used across the industry.
