You will learn how to take a structured approach to change and the importance of focusing on the people side of a transformation. Using a current change or transformation initiative from your organization or other context, you will work through a change management project, including organizational readiness, stakeholder management, strategy development, communications and training planning, feedback and measurement, as well as change champions. You will also explore the importance of active and visible leadership support during an organizational change.
