CYS135 - Cybersecurity Analyst - Identity and Access Management

The Cybersecurity Analyst - Identity & Access Management microcredential aims to introduce the students to the fundamentals of identification, authentication, authorization, and accountability. It is designed to help the students leverage scenario information to design proper identity management solutions.

The microcredential helps students understand and implement multi-factor authentication, identity life cycle, and utilization of different access management techniques. It also covers identity threats and mitigations. The microcredential also introduces Zero-Trust Architecture and its applications in current business models.

  • Design Identity & Access Management solutions for small-medium businesses
  • Build Multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on systems
  • Setup appropriate authorization level on organizational assets
