Prerequisites:
Circuit training is widely used in many fitness establishments for total body conditioning. Using a variety of high-intensity aerobic exercises, this type of training helps improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance and can be modified for all fitness levels and various training goals. In this workshop designed for prospective fitness instructors, beginner-intermediate level, students will learn how to effectively develop and execute a circuit training class and participate in a full circuit training class with instructor guidance.
