Conversational Chinese - Intermediate I is for the students who have mastered more than 200 commonly used words and can deal with simple daily communicative activities. This course aims to develop students' communicative competence in listening and speaking. By the end of this course, the students are expected to be able to master more than 200 commonly used words, to have a good command of basic grammar, sentence patterns. Students will continue to be encouraged to express themselves freely and use the language through classroom activities.
