The purpose of this course is to provide participants the opportunity to learn how to become more effective negotiators. The focus of the course will be on the processes of negotiating and the emphasis is on hands-on learning, although theories of negotiation and research examining negotiation will also be covered.
Activities used to accomplish the above goal include personality inventories, negotiation role plays and exercises, case studies, discussions and lectures. The course is highly interactive and full participation is required.
