OPT250 - Opticianry Practicum Level I

Prerequisites:

OPT106 or Academic Program Manager Approval

Students complete 250 hours of supervised eyeglass dispensing and a minimum of 125 single vision fits during Practicum Level I. Of these, a minimum of 25 fittings must be for lens powers above ± 6 Diopters. Procuring suitable placement for practicum is the responsibility of the student.
