The course presents projects as value delivery systems for organizations and community and sets a standard for Project Management. This includes governance systems for value delivery, functions that need to be performed to support projects, the internal and external factors that influence projects and the ways in which portfolios, programs, projects, and products relate. The scope of the sustainability efforts include UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
Note: This course replaces PMC 230. Students who have taken PMC 230 are not required to take this course.
