ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Retirees’ Association

The ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Retirees' Association (SRA) was founded in September 1994. The association grew quickly and in 1999, it officially became a chapter of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Alumni. Today, there are over 500 SRA members.

To , there is aÌý±ô¾±´Ú±ð³Ù¾±³¾±ðÌý(one-time) membership fee of $29.00.

Membership Criteria

  • AllÌýÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø employees, including partial load and part-time employees, who worked at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø for at least five years and are now retired are eligible for membership.
  • TheÌýSRA Executive is responsible for considering membership for those who do not meet the above criteria.
  • SRAÌýmembership for those eligible or approved is obtained by completing the Membership Application Form and paying the membership fee.
  • AllÌýSRA members in attendance are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting, serve as members of the SRA Executive, and avail themselves of any privileges available to SRA members and ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Polytechnic Alumni Association members.

Mission statement

The ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Retirees’ Association (SRA) supports and engages with the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Polytechnic community by celebrating its proud heritage while also actively contributing to its future success in meeting the challenges and obligations of an ever-evolving academic world. Our mission is to create a community of caring and sharing where all SRA members feel connected, valued and informed.

SRA will accomplish this mission by providing a venue where retirees can meet and stay connected.ÌýWhere possible, SRA will also work with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø and outside organizations to help provide members with discounts and other benefits.ÌýSRAÌýwill promote and support the SRA Endowed Bursary as our ongoing contribution to the success of ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø students.
