  • Compare Canadian and international regulatory guidelines governing cosmetic production, marketing and sales to ensure product safety, sustainability and ethical standards are upheld.Ìý

  • Design a project portfolio with team members utilizing recognized cosmetic product development principles to meet diverse, sustainability and efficacious consumer needs.Ìý

  • Appraise suitable bioactive molecules, functional ingredients, colors, and additives for utility and function in the design of novel/innovative and existing cosmetic formulations. Ìý

  • Execute product development milestones through efficient time management, effective decision making, and creative problem-solving utilizing gathered scientific knowledge. Ìý

  • Evaluate peer and mentor feedback for optimal and efficient product improvement and dissemination of product attributes.Ìý
