Humza Adam is a Professor at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Polytechnic and the Founder and Principal of HFactor Solutions. He holds over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles related to operations and supply chain management, sales and marketing, and professional training, coaching and mentoring. From aerospace to telecommunications, he has experience in a diverse range of industrial sectors.
Mr. Adam holds a master of science degree based on the principles of human factors, with published research in the area of human performance. He also holds a master of science degree in engineering management and has several years of experience in coaching and training people for peak performance. He is a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), a recognized international coaching body. In addition to his teaching duties at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, Mr. Adam works with companies of all sizes to help them improve their performance, including working with VentureLab and Global Startups to help early-stage companies grow.
