Our #IWD2023 panel brought together panellists Anna Kavanagh, Vice President, Affinity Market Group, TD Insurance, Amanda Collucci, Councillor, City of Markham, Adebola Adefioye, Founder, Afro Women and Youth Foundation, and Samantha Curnow, Associate General Counsel, Chippewas of Rama First Nation, to discuss how they have navigated new pathways to #EmbraceEquity.

Our #IWD2022 panel brought together moderator Alison Sylvester, Marketing Specialist, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, and panellists Mary Anne Chambers, former Ontario Minister of Training, Colleges & Universities and Minister of Children & Youth Services; Marianne Marando, Vice-President, Academic, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø; and Eleanore Fang, Associate Vice-President, Business Management & Governance, Canadian Personal Bank, TD, to examine the role academic institutions, government and corporations play in developing female leadership.

Our #IWD2021 panel brought together moderator Shivi Darubra, Author, The Little Blue Elephant and Policy Advisor, and panellists Kimberly Moran, CEO, Children’s Mental Health Ontario; Naki Osutei, Associate Vice President, Social Impact (Canada), TD Bank Group; and Jess Joss, President, Equation Angels, to discuss their leadership journeys, share perspectives on overcoming obstacles and provide advice for aspiring female leaders.

Our third annual HELIX RISE Summit focused on empowering women and fostering professional growth. When you prioritize your personal and professional well-being, you're better equipped to handle pressure, make informed decisions and be resilient. Participants had the opportunity to:

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø HELIX, in partnership with Scotiabank, hosted its first HELIX RISE Summit on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022.
