If you wish to add a family dependent to your health insurance coverage, you may do so at an additional costÌýwithin 30 days of the start of your semester. You may add your family dependent by directly visitingÌýtheÌýÌýandÌýcompleting theÌý‘FamilyÌýOpt-In’ application.ÌýFamily dependents include your spouse/common-law partner or children.Ìý
Please note:ÌýParents, siblings or relatives are not eligible for the Family Opt-In medical plan.
