Course Exemptions

Graduates of the Building Environmental Systems Facility Manager program who have a minimum graduating GPA of 60% and 3+ years of relevant work experience or an Ontario university/college degree, college diploma, advanced diploma or equivalent will receive the following two course exemptions:

  • BES802 - Site Management and Building Safety will be recognized for ASM113 - Maintenance Management
  • BES804 - Human Relations for Facility Managers will be recognized for ASM115 - Organizations and People

Graduates of the Mechanical Engineering Technology - Building Sciences program or the Building Systems Engineering Technician program who have a minimum graduating GPA of 60% will receive the following two course exemptions:

  • ES802 - Site Management and Building Safety will be recognized for ASM113 - Maintenance Management
  • PMA561 - Project Management will be recognized for ASM114 - Project Management
