If your application is approved by Skilled Trades Ontario, they will contact you and your sponsor to sign a registered training agreement.ÌýÌý
Once your registered training agreement is signed, email Shlok Kumar Sharma at shlok-kumar.sharma@senecapolytechnic.ca to apply for the Child Development Practitioner apprenticeship program and provide:
- a cover page with your full name, contact information, legal status in Canada and SIN Number
- a copy of your registered Training Agreement
- proof of education (Grade 12 diploma or equivalent).
You will receive a ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø application and a consent form by email, which you need to sign and return.
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your forms. If you are accepted into the program, you’ll also receive an email telling you when you can enrol.
