• Ontario university/college degree, college diploma or equivalent in nursing, medicine or a related field of study.
  
• Proof of registration as a licensed nurse (RN/RPN/NP) with unrestricted practice with the College of Nurses of Ontario or equivalent registration in another Canadian province

  Proof of registration with unrestricted practice with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario or equivalent registration in another Canadian province
• English proficiency��for graduate certificates.

Canadian citizens or permanent residents educated outside of Canada must provide a ��or an ��credential evaluation.

In addition to the admission requirements, please select your home country for specific information. Please note, that all international applicants must meet ����vlog����’s English requirements. Additional documents/assessments may be required upon request.

Note for international applicants: You must hold a valid work permit or study permit that authorizes you to practice nursing in Ontario to study in this program. This includes a work permit or a study permit that allows you to work without restrictions anywhere in Canada. If your permit does not allow you to work in health services, limits you to a specific type of employment or limits you to work in a specific place outside of Ontario, this is not a document that would permit you to practice nursing in Ontario.
