These microcredentials will help you improve your understanding of the Avid Media Composer skillset, which is in high demand in the industry, and set you apart from other entry-level assistant editors.

Avid is the industry standard for creating, storing, distributing and monetizing digital film and television content. You should have a beginner’s level of understanding of Avid Media Composer and digital media prior to enrolling in these courses.

Our Avid microcredentials were developed with funding from theÌýMinistry of Colleges, Universities, Research Excellence and Security through a collaborative effort between the Faculty of Continuing Education and the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Film Institute.
