Excited to become a ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø student? Welcome to the #ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍøProud community! Follow these steps to make sure you are prepared for your first day.
Orientation

Step 1: Activate your ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Account
Learn@ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is the learning management system for students. You will need to sign in to Learn@ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø to access your course information, materials, assignments and much more.
Download theÌýÌýdocument and follow the steps to set up your account. The information needed to set up your ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø account will be emailed to you by ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù꿉۪s Registration Department.
Step 2: Setup your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
is a mandatory requirement for all students to access services. Student must install the on their mobile device (cell phone or tablet) and setup their MFA prior to beginning class.
Step 3: Setup your ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø OneCard (not required for online learners)
Your is your official ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø student ID. Setup your to your smartphone.

Step 4: Attend your Virtual Orientation
Your virtual Orientation will take place onÌýWednesday, June 25 at 3:30 to 5 p.m.
A Zoom link will be emailed to you mid-June.
Step 5: Attend your Class
Summer 2025 Dual Credit courses will begin July 2 and end July 24. Your course website will appear on your page.
For in-person learners, you will receive an email with your classroom details prior to the first day of class.
For students with in-person classes the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Navigate App can help you can find classrooms, study spaces, food services and washrooms easily thanks to detailed maps of Newnham, King and ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø@York campuses.
Step 6: Accommodated Students: Schedule an Appointment with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù꿉۪s Accessible Learning Services
If you have an Individual Education Plan (IEP)/psychoeducational assessment or require any academic or physical accommodations, you are required to register with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹Ù꿉۪s  (ALS).
Accommodations do not automatically transfer over from high school.
To register with ALS:
Complete the to make an appointment with an ALS counsellor. Appointments should be made at the beginning of the semester to avoid delays.
You will be required to upload your digital IEP/psychoeducational assessment. If you do not have a digital IEP/psychoeducational assessment, you must request it from your high school.
After you submit the form, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration that includes the date, time, and location (on-campus or virtual) of your appointment. All communication from ALS will be directed to your @myseneca.ca email address.
Based on your IEP/psychoeducational assessment, if you are eligible, you will receive an academic accommodation letter. This letter will be delivered through a secure electronic system directly to our faculty, the Dual Credit program designate and the relevant chair of your program.
Please confirm with a counsellor that they can share your accommodation letter with your professor.

Step 8: Continuing at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø
We would love to continue supporting your studies at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø. Here are steps on how Canadian applicants can apply to full-time programs.
Students who have successfully passed a Dual Credit course at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø and who are enrolled in a full-time program will have the opportunity to apply for the Dual Credit Bursary.
Eligibility criteria:
- You must have successfully completed a ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Dual Credit course (D and above) between 2005 to present.
- You must be enrolled in the first year of full-time postsecondary program.
- You must have a financial need that exceeds the value of the bursary ($1,000).
- You must write a one-page (250 words maximum) typed paper outlining how your Dual Credit experience impacted your decision to pursue college.
