ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is currently accepting applications for the July 2025, September, 2025, January 2026 and May 2026 intakes. Please review ourÌýprogram availability for international students.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Polytechnic offers admission to students up to the first day of classes. However, applications will not be accepted once a program becomes full. Therefore, it is recommended that you apply soon.

Please scan all documents and email them toÌýtheservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca. Be sure to include your ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø ID number or application number on all correspondence to avoid any delays in processing your application.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø accepts several English proficiency tests. Some of these are offered online and include at-home options including TOEFL iBT and Duolingo. Applicants from some English-speaking countries may be exempt from submitting English Language Proficiency test scores.ÌýView theÌýcomplete list of exempt countries (PDF).

If you are an international applicant, your letter of acceptance will always be sent to the email address you used when applying. ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø will only communicate via email and will never mail a physical, paper copy of your letter of acceptance.

If you are using an educational agent to apply to ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, make sure that your representative is registered with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø and that you always have direct access to email communications with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø at all times. Learn more about using an educational agent.

If you have any questions or concerns about the authenticity of your admission with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, contact The Service Hub at theservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca using the email address you used when applying and attach a copy of the letter of acceptance you received.

If you apply to a full-time program at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø through our before December 31, 2025, you will first have to pay a $90 CAD fee at the time of your application, which will later be reimbursed after you've been accepted and have paid your tuition deposit. This $90 CAD amount will be credited back to your account.
