ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Polytechnic offers admission to students up to the first day of classes. However, applications will not be accepted once a program becomes full. Therefore, it is recommended that you apply soon.

Please scan all documents and email them toÌýtheservicehub@senecapolytechnic.ca. Be sure to include your ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø ID number or application number on all correspondence to avoid any delays in processing your application.

No, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø accepts several English proficiency tests. Some of these are offered online and include at-home options including TOEFL iBT and Duolingo. Applicants from some English-speaking countries are exempt from submitting English Language Proficiency test scores.ÌýView theÌýcomplete list of exempt countries (PDF).

If you are an international applicant, your letter of acceptance will always be sent to the email address you used when applying. ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø will only communicate via email and will never mail a physical, paper copy of your letter of acceptance.

If you are using an educational agent to apply to ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, make sure that your representative is registered with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø and that you always have direct access to email communications with ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø at all times. Learn more about using an educational agent.

If you apply to a full-time program at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø through our before December 31, 2025, you will first have to pay a $90 CAD fee at the time of your application, which will later be reimbursed after you've been accepted and have paid your tuition deposit. This $90 CAD amount will be deposited to your account.
